Win2k installation problem(please help)

I have been running my current setup listed below flawlessly on win98se for the past month. So I wipe my HDD and install win2k and it giving me bsod on either the comdlg32.dll or nv4_mini.sys (unable to load). If I soft boot the system sometime it will get past the harware detect screen and go to Win2k flawlessly. When I'm able to get into win2k I notice in the event viewer that there are controller error with the harddrive and cdrom. My HDD is running by itself on IDE1 as master and the 2 cdrom are running on IDE2. Can it be that win2k doesn't like 2 cdrom on 1 ide? If you guy have any idea on what is going on I would really appreciate the help. Thanks.
