win2k installation error

Installing win2k... When I'm asked to specify a disk controller driver for my RAID setup, if I press "S" to load them, i get the following:
"An unexpected error (0) ocurred at
line 962 in D:\nt\private\ntos\boot\setup\oemdisk.c.

Press any key to continue"

This happens no matter what I try.

This might sound stupid, but last time I did a clean install I would get similar messages... turned out I had a bad stick of ram, and it took me forever to figure it out as it didn't(and still doesn't) make an ounce of sense to me... it's worth a shot anywas.
