Win2k Install set "C" to "G"?!?!?

Ok, so I can deal with a G drive as my hard drive...

But how do I get those few apps that won't install to anything but C to go there?

Win2k has a tool in the disk management to let one drive answer to different drive letters without actually changing the drive letter. However, the option is grayed out when I try to assign other letters to the boot drive.

Any ideas? I'd really rather not wipe/reinstall... 🙁

I've never seen a program that during install wouldn't let you change the location that it will install. Should at least have the "browse" button so you can pick where you want it to go.

Believe it or not, there are a few... 🙁

I'll have to see if there's an ini file to edit...
