I have just acquired a Celeron366 system that I am trying to install Win2k on. It hangs at 33% during the file copy. I tried to install from the hard disk and from cd. I tried two hard disks, still wouldn't install. Weird eh?

Do you think the system might be to blame? because it has a really cheap motherboard.

Your warezed copy of Win2k is probably damaged.

Give up on Windows, install Linux. It is easy, it will run just fine on a Celeron, and it is FREE!

You should probably check the HCL (Hardware Compatibility List). Though I'm sure any Sintel products or 3rd party support for Sintel will work just fine, you never know. If you can, try a network install, perhaps something is wrong with your hdd's or your IDE bus master.
