WIN2k: How To Optimize Memory Usage???

Back in Win98, I ran Cacheman to set virtual cache. Is there a similar prog that optimizes memory usage under Win2k? I have 320Mb of physical memory under Win2k and the Paging file seems to be used a lot.

Or if no Cacheman-like prog available, are there any memory tweaks I should perform for memory optimization?
