You know how in win98 you can move things around in the menu
from the desktop and from advanced in start menu programs you can create folders, move things around , delete copy.etc, and your whole menu is there to work with. win2k takes you to explorer and does not show me everything in my menu. Am I doing something wrong or is this just the way it is in win2k?

Because of the profiles system, some items will be kept under "All Users" and others in the individual user profiles. The best way to change and move stuff around while logged in under your ID is to place things under the Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu folder.

Otherwise, just bring up the Start Menu, and then drag, right click and rename and create new folders.
