Win2K How do I get standby??

That's the question...in the Power Options window of Control Panel, how do you get automatic standby? Or manual for that matter...thanks

You are in the right area... just goto the advanced tab and use the pull down combo box to switch to standby mode.

The only option on the advanced tab is to always show the icon. Nothing else.

Is there someway I could have inadvertantly disabled my ability to use standby mode??

I believe the motherboard may have to support it as well...
