***Win2k*** How do I disable startup items?

you can look here in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run


other than that, there's several freeware startup managers for win2k that you can install that work just like msconfig...i can't think of any off the top of my head, but there was a thread about them not too long ago..try doing a search on these forums or on google.

different from micosoft regclean

It does lots of things including what you want.
