Win2k help Plz: MyComputer opens on Startup. how to disable??

im running windows 2000 professional. during startup, the MyComputer ---> Common Folder opens up. This happened after installing a program. I thought that using something like Startup Control Panel would find it so i can disable it, but i dont see it. anyway to find out where this is being started so i can disable it?
