Win2K hard drives

I can't see my other hard drive (C) under win2k. Win2k is on the D drive, WinMe is on the C drive. They are both FAT32, and I was under the impression that it would show up after I installed Win2k, but it hasn't.

Under WinMe I can see everything.
Assistance would be appreciated.
