I get the boot menu screen but I the only OS i have is win2k pro. The other choice is 'Microsoft Windows.' When I try to start it, the screen goes blank, the cursor jumps around, and my printer spits out a blank page. Weird. (Maybe because I don't have Win9X installed! -- duh!). Win2K is on an NTFS partition and a FAT32 with my personal files on it.

So how can I get rid of this menu and save 30 seconds on bootup?

and if that doesn't work, just pick Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional as the default OS, and change the time to choose to zero seconds.

what EnragedPC suggested should work as well, but if it doesn't then there's another way to try
