win2k fresh install.. service packs?

Hey... just curious to know what order to install the service packs on a fresh install. I have been running win2k pro for a while, but I want to install a clean advanced server on here with 98 and Debian too. I know that I'm supposed to apply the 4 in 1's first, then the video, then the service packs yeah? I'm confused about the service packs though, becuase I don't know if I need to install 1 and then 2, or just do 2 right away. (I know, lame question sorry 😱)
