win2k freezes

a7v (bios 1004a), ibm 75gxp on ide3 (ata100,driver build25), c.labs geforce2 (det3), sblive xgamer (windows drives--afraid of the c.lab drivers), 3com905ctx (windows drivers), dvd, cdr, win2k (no sp1); it freezes on a regular basis when i run hotline, scour, and every now and then with irc; is there anyone i can fix this? i hate having to manually restart because it just freezes... help?!
