Win2K equivalent of Win98's .pwl file?

I've got both OS's installed and am trying to "migrate" over to Win2k from the 98 partition. I need the password list from Win98. You know, the one that stores all your User IDs and PWs for different websites. I thought I could just copy it over but I don't find a .pwl file in Win2k (even though I've made some new passwords since I started this process). Can anyone help?

.pwd I think (it may be novell) but in any case you need to make sure in folder preferences that you have it set to show all files, including system files.

Win2k uses the protected storage service to manage those passwords, I'm afraid I don't know of any way to migrate the data from your 9x box ;(
