Win2K - empty folder won't let me delete due to a sharing violation???

I just installed Win2K, and there's a folder under Program Files called Microsoft Frontpage, with a couple subfolders, but no files anywhere in the tree. I try to delete it but I get an error message that says I can't delete it (or even rename it) due to a sharing violation. Anyone know how to get rid of this folder? Come to think of it, I have the same issue on another machine, running WinXP...
