Win2k Drive Letters... how to assign?

HOw do I Specifiy a specific drive letter to a HD or CDROM in Win2k?
I can't seem to find aa setting ANYWHERE, not even in Tweak UI

If you go into the Admin Tools on the start menu. Select Computer Management then Disk Manager from the MMC window that pops up. Right click on the drive you want to assign a letter to and one of the options should be Change Drive letter and Path.
