Win2K DLT drivers are not stable!

So after trying to diagnose the problem for a week Compaq tells me the win2K DLT drivers are "unstable", AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
