Win2k default profile settings?

Hello all,

I'd like to find a way to customize the appearance options in Win2k so that all users that log in get the same default look. Mainly I'm talking about folder settings, taskbar options, display options, and the like. Is there a way to do this? What about setting a different screen resolution for each user that logs in? (not critical, but I had a friend ask me about that the other day...)

Is is simply a matter of copying information from the Default user profile dir, and if so, which files should I be looking at?
