My mobo just died. I don't feel like re-installing, but it is a VIA, and has the VIA IDE drivers installed. All I have around are NF2 boards to temporarily use (the PC has been on life support for awhile, now). Is there a way to get one of the standard IDE drivers to be used retroactively, after popping the HDD into a NF2 board (at which point it will fail to boot, as it is now)?
