Go to "Run" from start menu, type "regedit", under the editor, click "find" under edit.

Find "Run" and have only "keys" checked. Also check match whole string. keep finding by F3 to find next, until you find a slew of keys in Run folder. You can delete the programs you wish to no start at boot-up.

Use at your own risk.

byron,

You might wish to check out Mike Lin's utility, Startup Control Panel.

Check it out!

There are two versions, an executable and a control panel applet. I've tested it under Win95, WinNT and W2K (all of the Windows variants that don't have "msconfig&quot😉. Functions flawlessly. Useful for temporarily disabling or permanently deleting startup non-service processes.

Regards,
Jim
