Win2k Changed File Type's Icon -- HELP!

Hi all! I manually changed a file association (via Explorer's Tools->Folder Options->File Types->Change), and by default the icon is a page with a smaller version of the associated executable's icon in the center of the page. This is UGLY. Anyway, I'd really like to change it, using Explorer's Tools->Folder Options->File Types->Advanced, but Advanced isn't there, only Restore. What do I need to do to get Win2k to give me the Advanced button and not have that stupid Restore button sitting in it's place?

Thanks in advance for the help!
