Win2k BSODs after patching to SP1

Hi all,

Win2k gives me the following error everytime after I apply SP1:

INACCESSIBLE ROOT DEVICE

Like duh? It was just working fine! BTW, my first partition is a FAT32 partition installed with Win98. Anyone knows what's going on?
