Win2K boot loader stuck on Win2K Setup

I recently ran Win2k in a repair mode to fix problem in the OS. The problem now gone, but now when the system boots up and gets to the boot log it stills shows the win2k setup option as default and I must quickly select the regular win2k OS or else I start the setup boot which now crashes the system, since most of the setup files are removed.
How do I get to remove this erroneous bootup option? Thanks in advance.
