In windows 2000 does the autoexec.bat run or is there something similar? I wanted to set some paths and run a batch file before windows started and I need a little help. Thanks.
You can set paths by right clicking on my computer, clicking Advanced, then click 'Environment Variables'. There is a variable called PATH that you can set in the system variables listbox (the bottom one). I _think_ that Win2000 will look at the autoexec.bat for a path but not sure.
You may want to add the batch files in your startup group.
