Win2K and Voodoo 5 trouble

After I installed my Voodoo 5 drivers, I had trouble with my Voodoo 5. When I hit the start button or ran a program, the screen would turn black and I would have to manually restart. I have an onboard graphics chip and I think it is conflicting with my Voodoo 5. I had the same problem in Windows 98 Se, but i disabled it by not allowing the drivers to load fully (When it detected the onboard chip the first time and asked to restart, i said no and i disabled it in the device manager). Unfortunately, the method does not seem to work in 2K. I have no clue how to disable my onboard graphics. There is no jumper on my motherboard and no option to disable in my bios. Does anyone have any advice for me? My onboard chip is the SIS 530.
