Win2k and that darn tilde - Solved..

..in other words, how do you get Win2k to list the directories' full names instead of shortening them and using those stupid tildes (the ~ sign).

I'm brand new to Win2k. I set up a dual boot, and in Win98se, there's no problem - the directories show their full names, like "Drivers - Win2k" instead of "Driver~1" I get in Win2k. I've done a search and couldn't find the answer. Practically all my directories on my D drive have extended names, and in Win2k there are tildes galore.
