win2k and telnet server

hey,
is it possible to make a telnet server with win2k so that i could telnet into it and use it to telnet into a different machine? sort of like a linux shell?

it might be possible, but to be honest i've never tried it before
win 2k has a telnet server for admin purposes, if you telnet into it you get to the c:> prompt, i could only assume that from there you could use regular win2k dos prompt telnet commands
 
just wanted to get back to you on that one, i tried it, setup a telnet server on a win 2k box, telnetted to it from a mac. and than from the 2k box i telnetted to a dsl router
learn something new everyday 🙂
