Win2k and setting Process Priority

Is there a way to set the Process Priority of an exe file every time I run it without having to go into the Task Manager each time and without using a batch file?

Create a shortcut with a /low or /high or /realtime switch.

Be verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry cautious using /realtime.

See the "Start command" topic in W2K help for details.
