Win2k and PC Speaker

Here is my issue:

When I empty the recycle bin, I hear the PC Speaker beep. This is the only time (in windows) that I hear this. I removed the sound for the recycle bin and I still get the beep.

I am running windows 2000 with SP1. I have a SB Live 5.1 Card. Any help is appreciated.

I have never had it beep for me on any Win2k I have used but to answer your question, go to the device mananger and select show hidden devices in the view selection then select non plug and play devices in devices and select beep and dissable it.
