win2k and office 2k install probs

i get about half way into it and it gives me:

error 1311. Source file not found: D:\OFFICE1.CAB. Verfiy that the file exists and that you can access it.

I've tried installing this from my tdk/plextor 8/4/32 and my sony dvd 6/32
help!

Clean your CD. If that doesn't help, your CD might be scratched or something.

yep..it's having a problem reading off the CD. I have to try about four times before I finally got Office2k installed (same problem).
