Win2K and IRQ's

I was wondering if the fewer IRQ's Win2k gives your PCI/AGP devices is a sign of stability. I know of systems where Win2k assigns 2 or even 3 IRQ's for PCI/AGP devices, but my home system has every fricken PCI/AGP device on IRQ 11. I'm talkin the following:
GForce256
HPT370A
USB
2940U
FA310
SBLive
PCI MODEM

I seem to remember a longer list, but that should be all of my PCI/AGP devices. I'm in Win98 at the moment (dual boot system).

Thanks Andy,
I'm not wondering why Win2k does it. I'm wondering if Win2k's ability to put all the devices on 1 IRQ (like on my home system) means it's a little more stable than my system at work, which uses 2 IRQ's for the PCI/AGP devices. I'm not having any major problems with either system.

If anything it would make it less stable, not all devices follow PCI 1.2 properly and Windows drivers usually suck, but in general it shouldn't affect stability either way.
