Win2K and constant Freezing

this is just another add on to my post.. I installed win2K.. now.. in regular mode without games.. it has not frozen.. HOWEVER.. when I run Counter-strike.. no more than 10 minutes into the game.. it freezes..
here are my specs
Asus a7a266
1.2
geforce 3
300 watt ps
live plat
512 MB ddr ram..
I have the switches for the board on 1,2,3 on, and 4 is off.. I believ ethat's the way it should be for 133 mhz.. anyways.. I'm having constant freezing problems in video games.. could it be my power supply?
that's like the last suggestion..
