Hey all,
Otay, here's the problem. A customer of mine is trying to dial out with a modem using Win2K and wasn't getting anywhere. I found that they had their connection setup so that it would dial a 9 to get an outside line.....which they didn't need. So, we took that out of the dialing properties and it worked great.
However, after rebooting, the 9 was back in the connection properties?! We ended up creating another connection, but I was just wondering if anyone knew of a setting in the default modem connection that makes that 9 re-appear after rebooting.
If so, how do you disable it?
