Win2k Adv. Srvr w/IIS5 and Serving a Page on DHCP

I'm running a Win2k Advanced Server box with IIS5.0

I'm using Cable Modem and my ISP has me on DHCP, IPs are changed several times a week sometimes.

My question:
I've been hosting my own webpage for awhile now and it's getting ANNOYING to constantly have to update the IP setting in IIS config. Is there a way to set the config to Autocheck what the IP is like every 24hours?
