Is there any way to download updates for Win2003 server and put it in a CD as we can with XP?

sure, you would do it the same way you would for XP.

Visit the WU site and click on the "Windows Update Catalog" link and download whatever you need.
 
Even for W2003Server? I did not know about that, thanks.

I will pass that info to a friend of mine that asked me that question.
