Windows Server 2003 is not for running games, it is a Server Operating System.

Some people have forced it to work, but if you want to play games, use XP.

Like phil said, windows 2003 server is designed as a server operating system, and they have turned off or disabled alot of the standard services/options that gamming needs.

If you want to game on it, there are guides out there that will tell you how to change it Win2k3 is one, but if you are doing gaming, the best bet is to stay with windows xp
