Installed windows 2000 pro with W98se (dual boot) about a week ago and things were working great But this morning w2k get's to the second loading page thing (where it looks like it's loading) and THEN "Re-Boots" (All By Itself) and keeps looping thru the same ... dah!!!
I select Win98se and it boot's ok or I wouldn't be here.

Did you try to change the Win2K HAL? From ACPI to Standard PC or the other way around? Sometimes this happens on certain non-compliant systems.

Anyway, try booting up with the Win2K CDROM and perform a repair. That is usually able to resolve the problem.

Yeah, hate to tag on someone else's advice, but I would boot into safemode first. That section of the boot is where all of you drivers are being loaded. Find out if you have a resource conflict or something else before you try a repair. A repair wouldn't fix something like that to my knowledge.
