WIN2000 Hardware install won't go away

I recently installed a Leadtek TV card and went through some hoops to get it completed. I run WIN2000 and did it all through Admin account and when finally setup and running, I went back to the user account. When I login into the user account I get a dialogue box that says that I can install hardware because the account does not have Admin rights. When I reboot/restart and go to the Admin account, I don't have any outstanding issues with the install. I go back to user account, and get same dialogue box.

Is there any way to kill that from somewhere like task manager or such?

you could make the user an administrator until it's installed.
