Win2000+EP-8K7A+GF3 Problems

Ok everyone this is my system. Win2000 SP2,Epox EP-8K7A latest BIOS, 256 crucial DDR,SB-live, SMC-NIC, Duron 600 O/C 800 133 FSB with FOP 38HSF Delta , VisionTek GF3,Quantum 40gig HD Master,IBM 15Gig HD Slave,TDK-VeloCD 12x10x32x,Toshiba 48xCdRom.
Ok here we go. I installed everything and it all went good, played counterstrike all night, then next day tryed O\cing to 136 FSB and then My Win2000 would hang at the Dos based Win2000 startup screen and never get to the gui based startup screen. Then I dropped everything back to 133 and it still would not work, where it worked fine before.

After removing the Gf3 drivers in safe mode, it would boot into win2000 and looks like it would try to initialize the standard VGA video card and then would seem to drop into Dos with a blinking curser in the upper left-hand side. Replace the GF3 with a TNT2 32meg Elsa and it worked fine. Put the GF3 in another Win98 PC and it works fine. Put it back in my Win2000 PC and disabled Fastwrites, and it would boot and work fine in 2D but any 3D games or 3Dmark2001 would hardlock the PC.

Any Ideas?

Sounds like physical damage was done on the mobo/GF3. I have no other explanations. Could be a Bad Mobo like the Epax 8K7A I just returned for a replacement
