WIn2000 DSL help needed.

I recently obtained beta drivers for my speedstreem modem for use with win 2000. I installed the modem and drivers and Win2k shows three different connections related to the install, and only two are connected.

Anyone heard of this before and have any advice to get me up and running
 
oh wow, uh it the usb 4060 and I there is only one beta driver for win2k and I have no idea which it may be
