Win2000 and VPN L2TP...desperate for help

Hi...is there any how-to to set up the vpn using l2tp? I succeeded using ms white paper and using pptp but no sign of a howto l2tp implementation...that certificate thingy is blocking me...please help 🙁
 
i thought on your w2k client, you right click on your XXX vpn dial up icon and one of the tab, pick l2tp.. thats what I did.. let me check..
 
The problem is with the server...when I set the connection to automatic or pptp, it works but when I set it to L2TP, the connection fails 🙁. I've been with this for days now 🙁
