Win10 Windows Update: Might want to work on the error-trapping, MS

Fresh install of Win10 anniversary, plus Office 2007 SP3. I fired up the Settings app to install the latest updates, one of which I know one has to manually agree to installing. I tell it to install it, and the error message was: "We couldn't install some updates because the PC was turned off".
