Win10 desktop cant boot by itself

my desktop was working perfectly fine for the past 13+ months.
recently, it refuses to boot up by itself as seen here,
goes into automatic repair blue screen at 0:23 and then auto reboot if i try to continue with win10.
to break the cycle, i have to manually select the boot order as seen at 0:56.
any idea why the Asrock Z690 went crazy and how to fix this?

thanks!

alright, i finally went into the BIOS settings and changed the boot order once n for all. so far, it is stable and auto boots into win10 itself without my intervention. phewwww

yes. uefi boot. and m2 ssd. always slow. takes at least 30 seconds to past the bios Asrock screen. then another 10 seconds to the win log in screen.
Maybe it's a DDR5 mobo. The memory training could be taking time on every boot and it's not remembering the training. Have you updated it to the latest UEFI BIOS version?

it is ddr5! i havent dared touch the bios fw in anyway. lol. will try it now. thanks!

Set all clocks/frequencies to default, no XMP. Are there any boot sector security protection features in this BIOS, other than just enabling Secure Boot?
