WIN ZIP Installation Error 1722

This is a completely clean install of windows 7 64 bit edition and when ever i try to install Winzip it gives me an error 1722. I tried atleast six different versions from different locations on the net and the official version also but still get this error.

Searching the internet produced advice to
run as administrator - didnt help
Remove UAC and run - didnt help
Uninstall java and install again - didnt help

Any other ideas?
