Win XP x64 and Norton Ghost

I just tried an install of x64 on my system only to find out that Norton Systemworks isn't compatible. Luckily I have a Ghost CD so I could restore the backup of my 32-bit OS before I installed. Anybody know if there are any versions of Norton Ghost that are compatible in x64?

Curious, why install Norton Systemworks? Last time I tried it, it totally screwed up the computer.

Many other people have complained about it as well....

systemworks doesnt work on x64. symantec antivirus corporate 10 does work on it though. as far as ghost, 2003 should work.

You dont need to install Ghost to backup or restore so why do you need to install useless software inside the OS??

Just boot off your Ghost cd & you can backup or restore all you want.

I don't think the latest version of ghost can make a backup that way. I just booted to the CD and only options available are to restore. Does the previous version work?
