I used to be able to click my IE icon to open multiple browser windows. Now that feature seems to be disabled. I downloaded and installed a few utilities programs from cnet a couple of days ago. That might have been the cause. Now, whenever I try to open a new window all it does is refresh the old one. Anyone know what I need to do to fix this problem?
