win xp shutting down question

umm i've seen this before and was able to fix it but have forgotten how to do so.

when shutting down how do you force xp to close everything instead of prompting you to close stuff before it'll shut down? i forgot where this option is but i know it can be done because i have another system where i have seti@home on and it used to give me that problem but it was fixed.
