Win XP "Quick Launch" Tab issues.

Today, I ran into a spyware Hijack, anyways, I got rid of it.

The problem I have now is that my "Quick Launch" bar on the bottom left of my Windows XP Taskbar, will not stay "saved".

Everytime I relog into my system, I need to "Show Quick Launch" and unlock the taskbar again.

I tried to create a new User Profile in XP to see if it would stay saved for him, and it works fine. It is just my own profile that is buggered up.

Does anybody have any idea on how I can fix this?

Is there any way to "rebuild" a user profile in Windows XP without deleting out all the programs and such?

Thanks.
