hi..how do i restore the adminstrative services settings to default?? been having errors with virtual memory available too low... is there a servce that i could have deactivated that made this error come out??? i followed one of the articles here about tweaking win xp.. please help?? i have 256mb of ram... dont think my memory is too low since i dont do much applications just surfing... do i just increase the page file size?? windows task manager shows cpu usage 4% physical memory total 261616 ; available 119892 ; system cache 149644 : kernel memory total 25620 ;paged 20220 ; non paged 5400 : please help.. also how do i reinstall win xp??? please help...thnks
 
Don't you have a restore point you can use? To reinstal, just set up your bios to boot from cd rom, with your xp disk in, and you'll have options to install or repair windows.
