This is weird, It is possibly a virus.
The user "Lauren" is no longer accessible. All the data and settings are still on the hard drive (Can see them in the safe mode, under "Documents and Settings"), yet it is not available on the "Welcome Screen".
Actually, there is a "Lauren" entry on the "Welcome Screen" but once it is selected, it is being replaced with a strange, new user account - "Lauren.XDWE1234Z" where XDWE1234Z is a computer name....

How do I restore the original "Lauren" account and all of the settings?
